Advaya means non-duality. We built a knowledge base that refuses the old split between doing good work and becoming a good human — and named it for the knowing that unites them.
Why we call our knowledge base Prajñā
Prajñā is transcendent, discerning wisdom — the knowledge by which truth is directly seen. Paired with Advaya (non-duality), Advaya Prajñā names the very knowing through which unity is realized: not information, but insight that transforms.
Where Advaya (non-duality) is the goal, Prajñā is the means — in the Advaita tradition, prajñā is precisely the knowledge by which non-duality is realized. Advaya Prajñāreads almost like a philosophical statement in itself: the wisdom that dissolves separation.

This is our motto because it is our whole premise: of all the things that cleanse and elevate a person, none does so like knowledge. Our BPO is the application of knowledge; this knowledge base is its source. Everything we do begins in understanding before action.

Why we give knowledge, and give back
I started Advaya with a simple conviction: that the calmest, most capable people are the ones who understand before they act. That is what vidyā — true knowledge — does. It steadies you. It turns pressure into clarity and work into something that feels like service.
So we built two things into one knowledge base: everything our teams need to do regulated work flawlessly, and a quiet path — through the Bhagavad Gita — to becoming a better human while they do it. And because knowledge is meant to be shared, a standing share of everything we earn goes back to the earth and to the animals who cannot ask for help. Giving, done rightly, purifies the giver.
